In Process / Council Crest
Sited on a sunny, steep hillside, this complete home remodel, designed by Risa Boyer Architecture (RBA) and built by Don Tankersley & Co. takes in views of the council crest tower and hills beyond. We are using three levels of sweeping, steel retaining walls to contain the geometry of the architecture. The upper level, closest to the house, are to be planted in a naturalistic style with grasses and perennials .The middle layer will provide a visual break from the variety, as it is to be planted with a textural, green eco-lawn. The lowest level will mirror the upper, with grasses and perennials, as well as trees to provide a layer of privacy. Other areas of the gardens are to be planted with native and climate-adapted shrubs, perennials and grasses.
