The stewards of this mostly forested, 5-acre parcel of land, asked us to create a master plan that would be implemented in phases. Our first phase, is focused on creating flow and immediate destinations around the home. Future designs, are to include further destinations throughout the property for entertaining and enjoying this beautiful property. Immediately surrounding the home, we’ll use stone paths, boulders and crushed stone planted with native trees, shrubs, annuals and grasses.
